We allow exchanges within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Items must be unworn and in its original condition and packaging to qualify for an exchange.

Items that do not meet the requirements for exchange will not be processed. Moda Paolo reserves all rights and the decision shall be final.

You may exchange your item at any retail store.
